Walking Club

Walking Club times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


Come and join us during our designated walking times designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced walkers! We have 3 loops available, 1 inside loop and 2 outside loops. The benefits of walking are endless and include but are not limited to boosting endorphins, building bone mass, and improving balance and overall fitness. So come join us and log your distance, hit your goals, and get rewards!
